Garden for a wedding venue, Lincolnshire
We had the pleasure of designing a social space to host wedding parties in the grounds of an old coach house adjacent to a beautiful Elizabethan house in Lincolnshire.

Paved paths for all weather access with soft atmospheric planting
Site – Long garden of old coach house enclosed by contemporary extension.
Brief – Our brief was to provide plenty of space for wedding parties, with places to sit and photo opportunities to create a sense of romance.

Woodland border of birch trees underplanted with a variety of white flowers
Design – The Large lawn was punctuated by gravel terrace under an existing tree, timber pergola and paved paths for all weather access. The planting was zoned to provide a variety of backgrounds and colours. The large border was planted with vibrant colours and late-flowering prairie style plants, with a more traditional English country scheme of roses and herbaceous plants around the pergola and a woodland border of birch trees under-planted with varieties of white flowering plants.
